TRUENORTH COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES

From the beginning, TrueNorth opened its doors with a vision of connecting like-minded people and creating a space for those with a passion for growth, fitness and community. Though we have always taken great pride in cleanliness around the studio, we are following CDC guidelines to enhance our policies and procedures to reflect new ‘best practices’. Our ‘True Crew’

● All staff members will have their temperature taken upon arrival at the studio and sent home if it is above CDC guidelines. In addition, if they are showing any signs of illness, they will be sent home.

● We are using the additional staff to accommodate for deeper, more frequent cleaning of the studio. As well as professional cleaning once per week.

● All bikes and weights will continue to be deep cleaned after every class.

● There will be hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available around the studio to use before and after class.

● All common areas, like bathrooms, retail and front desk areas will be sanitized before, during and after class. In the Studio ● All bikes are now spaced to meet with the social distancing standards.

**You are welcome to bring your own towel with you from home, but please take it with you when you leave. Towels can also be purchased from our boutique.

During this time, our goal is to remain proactive and flexible about keeping our community, staff and members safe as possible. Our policies and procedures will change as new developments regarding COVID-19 become available. We appreciate your support and patients during this transitional time.
